Special guest Nisar Shaikh (UK) is an award winning Coach and author of Prophetic Grappling which encourages the initiation of the Prophetic Martial arts.

Invite your sons, nephews, brothers and yourselves too.

*bring your own utensils, plate and cup. Participants are encouraged to help with cleaning up.
**bring spare sports clothes to change just in case you get sweaty
