Iqd ul-Luli, Necklace of Pearls by Al-Sayyid Muhammad bin Hasan bin Alawi al-Haddad is a poetic biography of the honourable and venerated Sayyida Fatima al-Zahra’, the daughter of the Messenger of Allah (peace & blessings be upon him).
The author illustrates this blessed biography chronologically, depicting the main events of her life, completing each chapter with a prayer for our Liegelady and a salutation upon the Prophet and his Household.
The translator, who has studied tasawwuf for over 20 years with Shaykh Muhammad Sadiq, has included the unique perspective of Sayyida Fatima al-Zahra’ reaffirming her exalted status as taught by the Lordly scholars and Gnostics .
